Transformation of 2 floors of derelict space above this pub into a beautiful guesthouse – another great project we are proud to showcase for our regular client @truepubco
Thanks to our great team of skilled sub-contractors who, through collaboration and team work, have again demonstrated their commitment to deliver a very high standard of work.
- Full strip out of both floors
- Reconfiguration of the layout to create 11 rooms – all with newly created ensuite bathrooms
- All new electrics throughout, including down lights, new sockets & switches, reading lights, backlights for mirrors in all bedrooms and bathrooms, sensor lights for corridors, fire alarm and smoke alarms.
- Acoustic glass in windows so guests can enjoy a peaceful nights rest.
- Cornices in each room to add elegance and character
- Period style antique brass ironmongery
Complete house refurbishment, Hampton
May to December 2024
We completed this full house refurbishment including a first floor addition to the existing extension – just in time for Christmas.
Thanks again to the team for another fantastic finish – the client has been a dream to work with and is delighted with the result.

Beautifully clean and modern refurbishment of this kitchen as well as an update to the main bathroom and ensuite bathroom.
We also installed replacement windows and doors throughout as well as new French door to the rear of the property.

Full Refurbishment of maisonette, Earlsfield
February – June 2024
Another full refurbishment of this 2 double bedroom maisonette and landscaping to private rear garden for one of our regular clients Dexters estate agents.
We installed a new kitchen with integrated appliances and quartz splashback, reconfigured the bathroom and bedrooms to optimise their space, fitted new windows and doors, laid new flooring, decorated throughout and landscaped the garden.
The Half Crown, Hackney
January – March 2024
We have been dying to showcase this one since it opened!! What was once an old run down mobile shop located on Hackney high street, is now a brand new addition to both Hackney High Street and The Crown Pub. We have done many projects with these guys, but none from scratch with nothing but a shell. We hope you agree that we have delivered such creativity and innovation to the pub and to Hackney. Again thanks everyone involved @mr_magic_electrical for electrical @relentlessresinsltd for the outside driveway resin. A smaller refurb project recently carried out this year for @newlinepubco a continued client we have regularly worked with over the years. We gave their pub a fresh new look for the spring with new carpets, tiling fitted throughout the bar areas and new bathrooms and resin worktops. Thanks to @mr_magic_electrical for all the LED lighting works and the new vibe it has set within this pub.

We took this project over from some rogue builders! Our client had been taken for a ride and lost a lot of money with a previous builder. She came to us for help to put it right and with a small budget we managed to transform her front and back garden.

So much detail and character has been added, using reclaimed timber from old churches and cathedrals in Wales to create that old authentic look, together with a bespoke lighting system.

Our third Dicey Riley’s completed for @newlinepubcompany and our best one so far. Completely stripped back with new Oak bar installed and outside heated smoking area at the front. Full LED light installation and decor to bring this old authentic Irish look. Let’s not forget the tin and thatched roof.
