Property Renovations
Renovations and refurbishments share some similarities. However, they are two different services. During renovations, our builders carry out larger scale improvements on damaged, run-down or dilapidated properties. In many cases, this extends to structural alterations or repairs.
When performing a renovation, we aim to make older properties fit for modern use. This applies to both living and working spaces. All our renovations comply with the relevant building regulations.
Office Fit-Outs
Put simply, office fit-outs make your workplace as usable and functional as possible. They come in 3 types: shell and core, Category A and Category B. Which option you require will depend on the current condition of your site.
With shell and core fit-outs, our builders start with little more than an interior shell. We then transform this space in line with your needs. Typical services include cladding, mechanics, structural work and electrical installations.
Offices with these features already in place require a Category A fit-out. These usually involve partition walls, suspended ceilings and similar additions. Category B fit-outs are the most closely related to refurbishments as they focus on fabrics, furniture and technology installations.
